Daytona Beach, FL – April 15, 2026
Jobalia Development Group (“Jobalia”), a leading land and infrastructure developer focused on single-family residential communities, today announced the appointment of Wesley (Wes) Clearman as President of Construction. In this newly created role, Clearman will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of all construction operations as Jobalia continues its expansion across Florida and the broader Southeast.
Reporting directly to CEO Anand Jobalia, Clearman will be responsible for field operations, project delivery, construction budgeting and scheduling, trade partner relationships, and implementation of standardized processes and controls across Jobalia’s active and future projects. He will also play a key role in risk management, quality assurance, and safety as the company scales the largest national homebuilder.
“We are excited to welcome Wes to the Jobalia team as our President of Construction,” said Anand Jobalia, Chief Executive Officer of Jobalia Development Group. “His track record of leading construction teams on complex, multi-phase projects, and his hands-on approach in the field align perfectly with our mission to deliver construction-ready sites with certainty and discipline.”
Clearman brings extensive experience in construction management, site development, and delivery of large-scale residential and mixed-use projects, with a career spanning leadership roles in construction-focused organizations. His background includes oversight of new community build-outs, infrastructure and utility installation, and coordination with municipalities, engineers, and national builders to ensure on-time and on-budget completion.
“I am honored to join Jobalia at a time of significant growth and opportunity,” said Clearman. “Jobalia’s reputation for disciplined planning, strong relationships, and the ability to take projects from raw land to fully developed, construction-ready communities is second to none, and I look forward to partnering with Anand and the team to elevate our construction platform even further.”
Jobalia is currently active on multiple infrastructure and land development projects across Central Florida, supporting the largest homebuilder in America. Clearman’s appointment is a key step in formalizing and deepening the company’s construction leadership as pipeline volume and complexity continue to grow.
