Jobalia Development Group is pleased to announce the continued expansion and development of its team with the addition of two new hires, the promotion of a rising leader, and the return of a talented summer analyst.
Felicia Garrison joins as Controller, bringing her background in accounting and finance from Highland Holdings to the firm. She will support key operational and strategic initiatives as the firm accelerates its development pipeline.
Joseph Walter also joins as Vice President of Construction, with prior experience as a land development project manager for DR Horton. He will help advance the company’s mission of delivering high-quality residential communities throughout Florida and the southeast.
In addition, Jack Norris has been promoted to Vice President of Acquisitions. Since joining the firm 11 months ago, Jack has played a pivotal role in the financial underwriting of deals and has been instrumental in identifying new land opportunities and structuring acquisitions. His promotion reflects the firm’s commitment to recognizing talent and leadership from within.
Also returning this summer is Rishi Patel, a Summer Analyst and rising Junior at Emory University. Rishi primarily supports the finance team, contributing to deal underwriting, market analysis, and due diligence. After making meaningful contributions last year, he returns to build on that experience and continue adding value to the firm’s acquisition efforts.
“We’re excited to welcome new talent, recognize outstanding performance, and continue investing in future leaders,” said Anand Jobalia, CEO of Jobalia Development Group. “Each of these individuals plays a key role in driving the firm forward.”
